Earlier today, nine adults and a child also fell victim to the mountain and were collected from Lake Dobson about 1pm.
All ten were rescued successfully by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, however, in good health and good spirits, police said.
They were dropped off at the Mt Field National Park Visitor Centre.
They had been stranded since Sunday, but had access to food, water and warmth.
It is the second rescue in as many days, after two men were rescued by emergency crews last night.
The duo endured a nightmarish 26 hours in their sports car in the national park when they became buried in deep snow and were forced to wait while rescue crews tried to reach them.
Crews unsuccessfully commissioned snow ploughs and the rescue chopper before finally making a breakthrough.
