A reunion in honour of the 1965, 1985 and 2005 winning premiership teams will be held at the football club rooms on August 1.
Organiser Stuart Rainbow said celebrations were not limited to those who had played in those premiership years, and anyone who had been involved with the club was welcome.
"We're hoping to get a hundred or so, or more. There's a lot of people coming through the club," Mr Rainbow said.
"It's a good way to catch up with old faces and old friends.
"We've been going for 100 odd years, a lot of the names are still the same in the team, being a rural area."
Mr Rainbow said he had played in the victorious 1985 side, which had battled through awful weather conditions to win against rival Lilydale.
He said the team's premiership win in 2005 had also been a particularly memorable one.
"We'd been the best side all year, I think we'd only lost one game by a point for the year," he said.
"That was one of the best sides I've ever seen in country football.
"We had a big full forward, he kicked 100 goals [for the year]."
Mr Rainbow said sports were a cornerstone for the local community, with plenty of families providing multiple generations of players to the club.
"It's only sort of sports left up here really. Our population has declined, everyone's had to move on for work," he said.
The reunion will coincide with a home game for Winnaleah.
Mr Rainbow said he expected celebrations would start early in the day before a dinner later that evening.
