The winner of The Voice suffered food poisoning the last time she was in the state, which saw her lose her voice mid-set.
She blamed the incident on some "dodgy chicken".
She is back in the state this week, sharing her latest album Things That I've Done in Launceston and Hobart.
"This is a really important album for me, and it feels amazing to be back on stage," Eden told X-static.
"When you are not working for a while, you can lose some direction, but standing back up on the stage again does give me that spark again.
"I was very lucky to have Universal Music on my side to allow me to take that time to write it (there was about a two-year gap between albums and, in that time, she welcomed her son Blayden into the world), and they realised that was the sort of person I am.
"So it has been very inspirational and very much a self-counselling process for me."
The singer-songwriter said to expect an emotive performance, with some laughs thrown in as well.
"I like to say that I put my blood, sweat, fears and tears into my performances."
