Sharman with 60 goals is well on target for another century mark but will miss Saturday's game after being injured against East Devonport last week.
He had managed to kick 11 goals in the first half and was on target for a club record before he was forced from the field after a heavy knock.
Kubicki has been one of Wynyard's livewire midfielders and kicked two goals in his team's big win over East Devonport.
The loss of Sharman and Kubicki were among six changes by the Cats but the premiers were able to find some solid substitutes in James Dawson, Cameron Betts, Zac Smith, Rhys Phillips, Stuart Turner and Declan Moore.
Wynyard meet Ulverstone in a twilight clash at Ulverstone which starts at 5pm.
ULVERSTONE made seven changes for the game, losing former coach Justin Hays and half-back Jacob Campbell through injury.
Players returning include Jayden Marshall, Tim Mee, Luke Dyson and Vince Ponsonby.
EAST DEVONPORT were forced into three changes ahead of their game with Latrobe at Girdlestone Park.
Michael Bloomfield and Cohan McDermott are both sidelined with injury while Phillip Davis has training commitments with the state under 16 team.
The Swans regain some experience with Glen Spencer and Jeremy Walton returning and young forward Sam Greaves has forced his way back into the team.
LATROBE have lost three valuable players for the game with in-form defender Charles Ritchie along with ruckman Jake Smith and on-baller Rory Gurr unavailable for selection.
DEVONPORT lost Jack Tammens and Jake Howard after they were promoted to the Magpies State League team and experienced defender Al Clements couldn't be considered because of injury for the twilight clash with Burnie at the Devonport Oval.
BURNIE have experienced utility Cameron Lockett back in the team for the trip to Devonport.
Lockett has been joined by Jaidyn Cox from the Dockers' State League team in two of seven changes made by Burnie.
SMITHTON regained Jacob Willie and Harry Jaeger, who were both unavailable last week, for their home game against Penguin.
In-form PENGUIN, chasing their third win in a row, made no change to the team which accounted for Devonport by 38-points last week.
The Two Blues are involved in a close battle with Ulverstone for the double chance as the competition reaches the half-way mark.
