But as the cooler months approach, Mr Colwell said the fortnightly swap meets would reduce to monthly for "as long as the demand is there".
The next swap meet will be held on June 22 and Mr Colwell said prospective swappers should phone him on 0439 204 138 for exact details.
"We'll resume in the spring, bigger and better at the same location (Scottsdale LINC) ,but with a further offer to residents," he said.
"Come spring, we will hold the regular 2 to 4pm swap meet and introduce a weekend venue at Legerwood Park for those that want to attend but miss out due to work commitments.
"The exciting news for spring is that we will meet up with the Deloraine Swappers."
Mr Colwell said Legerwood Park was a great location for all to attend from neighbouring areas, such as Mathinna, Ringarooma, Winnaleah, Wellborough, Derby and Gladstone.
"We have an undercover area as well as a barbecue area there and we may look at holding a free sausage sizzle for all who attend," he said.
"With plenty of off-road free parking, a lovely park to stroll in, our famous World War I tree carvings to view and kids' play area, as well as the cleanest toilet facilities in the area, what more could you ask for?
"The park is a dog friendly area, so you don't have to leave your best bud at home — just remember to bring a doggy doo bag for little mishaps.
"Items will be set up on a rug on the lawn area and will be easily accessible for all to reach and swap. The only thing that will change is that if the items don't go to a good home on the day.
"In such a case, you will need to take them home again or donate to charity.
"If you can't get there, simply ask about our car-pool service."
