Competing against 17 other schools and colleges, they won the girls’ junior, senior and aggregate shields as well as the co-educational junior, aggregate and boys’ junior titles.
St Patrick’s also won four of the eight pennants – the under-13 boys, under-14, under-15 and under-16 girls.
Samuel Cullen, Joseph Cockburn, Ariarne Titmus, Abbey Badcock, Ethann Best, Nicole Murraylee and Morgen Hawkins won SATIS titles but communications officer Tina Boon said it was the concept of team which was critical to the college’s success.
‘‘To finish either first or second in 11 of the 16 relays once again showcased the depth and commitment of the college’s team,’’ she said.
Adding to the success of the day, Ariarne Titmus and Morgen Hawkins each broke a SATIS record as they prepared to represent their state at national age championships in Sydney. The success of the meet followed a clean sweep at the NSATIS swimming championships earlier in March.
