Starting at 9am this Friday in Triabunna, the annual event showcases the best of what the East Coast has to offer, including food, music and the arts.
This year will also coincide with the opening of the highly-anticipated Triabunna Marina Extension, which will be opened by Infrastructure Minister Rene Hidding.
Event organiser Cynthia Maxwell-Smith said there would be something at the event for everyone.
"Local East coast food will be highlighted," she said.
"Triabunna Football Club will be selling plates of locally caught crayfish and salad. This is a fundraising activity for the footy club and this will be a great opportunity for people to tuck into 'affordable cray'.
"The Buckland Community Group are setting up a 'Mussel Shack' using mussels supplied by award winning Triabunna business, Spring Bay mussels."
There will also be a series of water-based events this year.
"On the water the Australian Wooden Boat Guild will have wooden boats on display and in the water, Mission Afloat will have long boats on the water for people to row and the Motor Yacht Club of Tasmania will have power boats on display and in the water," she said.
"The Tasmanian Jet Sport Boating Club will be racing jet skis to Lachlan Island and back on Saturday morning and offering rides to the public on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday they will circumnavigate Maria Island."
