The event will begin at 8am for entrants, as they preen and carefully present their delicate blooms for the scrutiny of the show judges.
Doors will open for the public at 2pm, with an official opening to be conducted at 2.30pm.
The show includes a wide variety of categories for dahlias, gladioli and roses, with prizes worth up to $10 for each section's best bloom.
Westbury Garden Club's Heather Clarke said the club was started by Bob Ingamells 57 years ago and had since boasted a history of many enthusiastic members.
"From the beginning, flower shows have been held in summer, featuring dahlias, roses and gladioli - and spring, with daffodils," Mrs Clarke said.
"These shows draw exhibits from all over Tasmania.
"In recent years we have returned the shows to Westbury Town Hall."
She said the shows were a point of great activity for the club each year.
"Members of the club enjoy a busy day stewarding, and serving lunch and afternoon tea for visitors attending," Mrs Clarke said.
