Chris Carins and Jess Coniston started production in February and have been so busy keeping up with demand, they had no time, or surplus stock, for cellar door sales.
But Ms Coniston said that all that would change on Friday.
``We decided last week to open on Friday to take advantage of the Dorset Celebrates Christmas event and we'll be open from 4pm until late,'' she said.
``We're working seven-days-a-week to get ahead at the moment and Chris has been making two triple brews - 600 litres - on brewing days, working from 5am-7pm.
``That's 1200 litres a week out of a 250-litre brewer.
``We greatly underestimated demand - that a great problem to have, much better than the alternative and we have plans to expand with a bigger brewing system and extended building.''
Little Rivers Brewery is at 22 Victoria Street, Scottsdale and will open from 11am-4pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
For those who can't make it to Scottsdale, the brewery's stockists are listed on its website.
