Sixty stalls, vintage farm equipment, a whip cracking display and more will be part of the event, from 9am to 4pm on Sunday, November 16.
The festival coincides with the blooming of the rose garden, which sports thousands of scents from the many varieties throughout the grounds.
Woolmers committee member Ian Goninon said the festival helped bring the historic grounds to life.
"We've got vintage farm equipment on display, the Rag Doll Buskers are coming along with their big piano and music," Cr Goninon said.
"The West Tamar Band will be coming and the musicians will be back in the rose garden, including a drum circle."
A wood carving, by chainsaw artist Eddie Freeman, will be auctioned at 3pm.
"[What it is is] all very secret, that's undercover," Cr Goninon said.
"There'll also be the drawing of our monster raffle at the same time, including accommodation at a world heritage site [Woolmers], lunch for six people on the lawn and two bottles of rare whisky."
Festival co-ordinator Julie MacGregor said wool classing and shearing demonstrations would also be held in the site's sheep shed.
"There will also be children's activities, such as face painting, balloons and a magician," Mrs MacGregor said.
