Unfortunately I was not close enough to get the registration number.
Over the past twelve months I have noticed an ever increasing epidemic of all fast food Companies packaging littering our roads and streets dumped from car windows.
Surely it is time that "Identifiers" are mandatorily placed on fast food packaging so that the perpetrators can be traced and fined.
