"We were asked to fill a calendar vacancy and we're really thrilled with how our paintings, sculpture, photography and needlework seem to all work together," Beechford sculptor Lynne Joines said.
Entitled A Family Affair, the exhibition includes photography by Joines's daughter, Ali Jensen, paintings by Michael Joines, glass, decoupage and textile art by Kerry McColl; and dolls and Faberge eggs by Jan Howard.
Jan, Kerry and Lynne are sisters, Michael is married to Lynne and Ali is their daughter.
"Art has always been in our family," Lynne said.
"While our parents may not have been artists, they were creative.
"When you are not well off and you need resources I suppose it sort of forces you to become creative."
The family can lay claim to one internationally significant forebear though. The sisters' great uncle was Charles Voysey, an English architect who moved into designing wallpapers, fabrics and furnishings in the Arts and Crafts style in the late 1800s.
London's Victoria and Albert Museum has an extensive collection of Voysey's work.
A Family Affair will be at the Watch House until the end of August.
