The band embarked on its first national tour in April this year, playing at Melbourne's Tote and Central Club venues.
Adamus Exul is no stranger to Tasmania, supporting metal giant Pig Destroyer's 2010 Australian tour in Hobart alongside Western Australia's Wardaemonic.
A highly acclaimed sophomore album and matured direction are shining lights on the group's darker side, according to newcomer vocalist Nick Magur.
WHAT: Metal Meltdown - Adamus Exul.
WHERE: Club 54, Launceston.
WHEN: Tomorrow, July 4, from 8pm.
"We all have our own demons, and we express that musically - we're in sync that way," Magur said.
"This album is the first one I was on, the lyrical theme is misanthropy in a nutshell, it taps into the whole human criticism anti-everything aspect, it's individualist anarchism.
"The content part of the album is about how people just follow like a flock, worship politicians, movie stars, that kind of thing - they're dignified but without their own self-respect."
He said performing to audiences in Brisbane and Adelaide were next in line for the group, which is gearing up for future international shows.
"We're thinking Perth and New Zealand maybe as far as our next big trip - it'd be great to do that and test the waters there," Magur said.
"People worldwide have copies of our album."
Adamus Exul will play alongside Launceston's Zero Degrees Freedom, Actuality and Atra Vetosus, and Hobart's Randomorder.
