The market, which has grown rapidly because of its high- standard of clothes and cheap prices, will be held at the St Ailbe's Hall next Saturday, May 17.
About 40 stalls selling pre- loved men's and women's clothes and shoes have been booked for the market, as has former Launceston designer Bridie Larby.
Larby, who now lives in Sydney, will be launching the winter range of her "The Enchanted Life" collection and also selling past season designs and things from her own wardrobe.
Market organisers Claire Vos and Naomi Pugh said the addition of a fashion designer's collection was something they would like to continue.
"If you are a fashion designer we would love to hear from you and you can use this as a launching pad," Ms Pugh said.
She said the market had a wide range of sizes and styles.
"We try and ensure we have something for everybody," she said.
Next weekend's market will be the last for Ms Vos as she packs up and moves to the Sunshine Coast.
However, Ms Pugh said the market would go on, and dates had already been set for the rest of the year.
