TOP-QUALITY timber from the East Coast makes its away around the world from Ivan Walker's workshop.
The former forestry worker and Top Tassie Woodcrafts managing director said Deloraine's StringFest offered people the opportunity to pick their own timber, choose a producer and get a guitar made.
``A lot of people like making their own guitar, they like playing with wood,'' Mr Walker said.
``Our wood is some of the finest in the world.''
