Bellerive detectives charged the 27-year-old Warrane man after an alleged incident on August 10 in Currajong Street, Mornington.
Police allege that 15 firearms and other property were stolen.
The Warrane man will face Hobart Magistrates Court later today.
Police have also charged two further men in relation to the incident.
A Lindisfarne man, 24, has been charged with possession of a stolen firearm and other firearm offences. He will appear in Hobart Magistrates Court next month.
A Collinsville man, 34, was charged with having dealt in firearms without a firearms dealer licence.
He will appear in court at a later date.
Investigations are continuing into the location of the remainder of the firearms.
