Legana captain-coach Jamie McClenaghan returns to strengthen the batting line-up along with Matthew Wells and last year's premiership teammate Ian Champion will play his first game of the year.
McClenaghan said his side needed to win a crucial game to improve its ladder position.
Trevallyn captain-coach Matthew Cocker said his side would also be strengthened by the return of six players this week.
Cocker returns along with Paul Richardson, Alby Letter, Dean Stephens, Sri Lankan all- rounder Suji Krishnamoorthy and Andrew Fitz.
Cocker said he was hopeful of having a stronger side available in the matches left before the Christmas break.
The Trevallyn-Legana game will start at 11am.
BEAUTY POINT will face a tough challenge against top side HADSPEN without its captain Jason Savage.
Hadspen dominated their round 2 clash, bowling Beauty Point out for just 91.
The home side will need a much-improved batting performance to have any chance of causing an upset.
Beauty Point hasn't played for two weeks with rain cancellations which will not help.
Robbie Crane will captain the side in Savage's absence with Wayne Widdowson under an injury cloud.
Savage said he expected a big showing from Beaconsfield recruit Steve Hillard to fill his gap in the batting.
Hadspen will be strengthened by the return of experienced all-rounder Jason Brown from injury with Tom Walker another chance to return for his first game since round one.
Hadspen coach Scott Plummer said his side went into every game with confidence it could win and wanted to maintain its winning momentum in the lead-up to the Christmas break.
UNI-MOWBRAY will take on ACL with plenty of confidence after a big win over it in round two, despite missing four key players.
Uni will be without wicket-keeper batsman Dale Tilley, coach Jack Whelan and two other bowlers in Ky Moore and Andrew Gleeson.
But Whelan said the club had good depth in A-reserve to cover the losses.
ACL only managed 88 against the Uni attack last time and will need to do better with the bat to be competitive.
