Mr Llewellyn, a senior minister in the past three Labor governments, has been beaten by newcomer Rebecca White following the distribution of preferences today.
Labor's dominance of lyons has now been reduced to just two with Ms White joining Michael Polley the two remaining Labor members.
Meanwhile in Braddon, Liberal MHA and health spokesman Brett Whitley is fighting for his political life trailing Greens candidate Paul O'Halloran by more than 600 votes with only Labor preferences left to distribute in the fight for the final seat.
Liberal newcomer Adam Brooks will win the fourth seat in the electorate.
