The Devils tasted defeat last weekend against the Dandenong Stingrays as the Victorians took victory to the tune of 80 points at Twin Ovals.
The fifth-placed Devils will be eager to return to the winners' list in their return to NAB League action and coach Jeromey Webberley has some big-name inclusions to boost their fortunes.
Will Splann, Brandon Leary and Liam Jones will all make their return to the Devils after missing their previous fixture.
"I am sure if Leary plays some good footy this weekend, he'll get a shot at the Allies, same with Will Splann, he's been in some really good form," Webberley said.
"Hopefully he can put a good game together and get an Allies opportunity at the back end of their carnival."
Josh Gillow, Geordie Payne and Cooper Warren are all out of the side from last weekend.
Liam Jones' inclusion into the Devils' midfield mix shapes a key inclusion.
"Jones has been probably our most consistent performer, certainly our most consistent inside midfielder for the whole year so excited to have him back," Webberley said.
"We got annihilated at clearance last week albeit against a very good team in that area with everyone in the Stingrays but around the ball is where the game is won and lost.
"I felt our system and structure last week was poor from our end so we need to make sure we're compliant in that area for 120 minutes."
There will also be a glimpse into the future of the Tasmanian Devils when the under-16s take the field this weekend.
The under-16 Devils will take on the Northern Territory to kickstart the development championship at Highgate Reserve at 11am as the curtain-raiser to the Devils and Pioneers' fixture on Sunday.
"It'll be really good to see those guys against the NT team, it'll be the first look at them against some real quality opposition," Webberley said.
"I am very excited for that next wave that's coming through."
