Michelle Kylie Hinds, 31, punched and slapped a 20-year-old woman who had been sleeping with her husband Frederick James Hinds, 26.
She punched the woman in the stomach telling her "Now you are f---ing pregnant, you need to get an abortion".
Ms Hinds pleaded guilty to the common assault of Mr Hinds on November 3, 2021, by striking him to the head numerous times and banging his head against a car window repeatedly.
She also pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary of a home in West Launceston with the intent of assaulting the female occupant.
She also pleaded guilty to aggravated common assault of the female occupant by pushing her and slapping her in the face knowing that she was pregnant.
Hinds also pleaded guilty to assault upon the pregnant woman. Court documents reveal that Hinds knew the woman was pregnant and that she punched her in the stomach "while telling her to get an abortion".
Crown prosecutor John Ransom said that Mr and Mrs Hinds were sitting in their car at Meadows Mews when he told her he had been having an affair with a female friend for two months and that she was pregnant.
"The accused struck the complainant to the head several times and pushed his head into the window," Mr Ransom said.
A witness rang police.
"The accused told him to drive to West Launceston," he said.
When they arrived Ms Hinds got out and went to a shed around the back of a home where the second complainant lived.
"The accused kicked in the door and yelled I thought you were my friend and now you are f---ing my husband," Mr Ransom said.
"She said 'Now you are f---ing pregnant you need to get an abortion'."
Ms Hinds punched the woman in the stomach and swung a second punch which was deflected onto the complainants hip.
"The accused slapped her to the right side of the face which was enough to turn her head."
She returned to the vehicle and the couple were intercepted on the Midland Highway near Perth.
Mr Ransom said she made immediate and full and frank admissions.
He told the court she had no prior offences.
Defence counsel Michael Larcombe said Ms Hinds had reacted with rage, deep hurt and a feeling of betrayal when Mr Hinds made his confession.
Mr Hinds attended the plea hearing.
Mr Larcombe said the couple had been experiencing issues in their marriage including major stress and depression and anxiety.
He said the sexual relationship with the young woman began in May last year.
In October the woman revealed that she was pregnant.
"On November 3, Mr Hinds told Ms Hinds about the infidelity and told her about the pregnancy," he said.
"My client had suspected something but it was denied by her husband," Mr Larcombe said.
The couple had attended none sessions of marriage counselling since November 24.
Justice Robert Pearce ordered a screening assessment and foreshadowed a community-based order.
Sentencing is at 11am on April 29.
