Leading the way, named volunteer of the year, was Trevallyn's Phil Gregory who is the club's junior development officer and co-ordinates their junior cricket blast.
As well as giving the club's future their cricketing launchpad, Gregory has been instrumental in the club's redevelopments, which included female and disabled toilets, a paved area in front of the clubhouse and an upgraded club kitchen.
He wasn't the only one honoured from the TCL, with the league winning association initiative of the year for its Female Boom competition.
The competition expanded from seven teams last season to 12 this year, with Beaconsfield, Beauty Point, George Town, Exeter and a second Trevallyn side all joining.
Launceston Cricket Club's Quinn Elliott was named young community leader of the year for assisting in their junior cricket blast program, while also developing 'winter wickets'.
The winter wickets program helped bridge the gap between junior cricket blast and stage one junior sides throughout the off-season, with Elliott coaching their under-12 side and showing vast improvement.
Launceston's partnership with Blind Cricket Tasmania was also recognised in the community partnership of the year, while Westbury-affiliated Nathan Bester was named community official of the year.
Scoring and live-streaming matches around the state, Bester's year was led by the opportunity to score the fifth Ashes Test in Hobart.
