It comes after the new NBL outfit's Friday night home game against New Zealand Breakers was postponed with the coronavirus rocking the JackJumpers' camp.
Brookhouse said most players would come out of isolation on Thursday.
He added one would come out on Friday and another on Saturday.
"So as far as the bulk of the squad, we'll be back to active training tomorrow (Thursday)," he said.
Brookhouse explained the JackJumpers had positive cases and close contacts.
The JackJumpers' other round seven encounter against Adelaide 36ers on Sunday will also be rescheduled.
The Breakers will now play a home game against the JackJumpers on Wednesday January 19 at MyState Bank Arena.
Brookhouse is confident next week's game will go ahead.
"Our players who have succumbed to COVID will be over it. There's only a few who haven't succumbed to the virus," he said.
"The reality of that is, we'll have more than eight fit players for next Wednesday and we'll be right to go."
In the meantime, the Breakers are taking on Melbourne United at MyState Bank Arena on Friday.
Brookhouse explained there wouldn't be a crowd for that game due to the last-minute reshuffle.
But he said there would be a crowd allowed for the JackJumpers and Breakers clash on Wednesday.
"It will be the standard restrictions to what all our home games have been, so mask-wearing and checking in and those sort of things," he said.
"So nothing different to any of the games we've played so far."
Brookhouse explained the JackJumpers players who had dodged the virus had continued to work away at their skills this week.
"All the players who are out of isolation have been able to shoot around and train and keep up their gym work and those sort of things," he said.
"There are a couple of players who are close contacts that have been in isolation. So unfortunately they haven't been able to do anything on-court.
"We've done what we can to get them exercise bikes or whatnot in their houses and to keep up some conditioning."
He added no-one from the organisation's non-coaching staff had tested positive.
"All of the strength and conditioning staff and whatnot are COVID-free, so we've been very lucky" he said.
"And part of that is because they don't have as close contact with the players and they've been very vigilant around their hygiene and wearing masks and all those sort of protocols."
He said the group was in good spirits despite the situation.
"They're very positive about it. It hasn't been a bad thing to have it hit us all at once. I think it's actually better than two or three this week, two or three next week," he said.
"So to have everybody go through it all at once - they're bonding well, they've done lots of zoom meetings together."
Brookhouse said the league was optimistic about completing the season.
"Talking to the league throughout the week, they're confident that we're over the worst of it - a number of teams have been through what we've been through and they're back playing now," he said.
"We're hoping over the course of the next week we'll see a revised fixture come out for hopefully the rest of the season."
Brookhouse said it hadn't been decided if the rest of the fixture would be released in one chunk or in parts.
"I suspect at the very least we'll get (the draw) until the end of February in the next week," he said.
He said the JackJumpers were prepared to be flexible.
"There's enough fat in the fixture to make sure we can reschedule these games," he said.
"It may mean playing an extra game some weeks, it may mean playing two in three days and those sort of things which basketballers are conditioned to."
