With Hawthorn's Anzac Day contest against Sydney locked in on Thursday morning, the full AFL fixture was released later in the day and will see Brisbane, Gold Coast and Western Bulldogs also grace UTAS Stadium.
The Anzac Day contest will be in round 6 at 12:30pm, with the other games scheduled for rounds 10, 21 and 23, with all dates beyond round nine yet to be confirmed.
While the Swans have only faced Hawthorn at UTAS Stadium once before, the other three are all regular visitors, with Brisbane making the trip 11 times and both Gold Coast and Western Bulldogs five.
Both Sydney and the Bulldogs also played in Launceston during the finals series that made Tasmanian football history earlier in the year.
Hawthorn will also travel to Hobart to face North Melbourne in round 19, with the Kangaroos also hosting Geelong on April 24, Port Adelaide on May 14 and Adelaide in round 15.
