Having faced Adelaide on the big day last season, the Hawks requested a game on April 25 for the 2022 fixture and the Swans have been locked in at UTAS Stadium.
The club's chief commercial officer Ash Klein said the club was honoured to host the game.
"One of the club's desires for its 2022 fixture was to host an Anzac Day clash at UTAS Stadium again, so we are delighted that that has been able to come to fruition," Klein said.
"Our club is honoured to play on ANZAC Day in front our Tassie family, we take much pride in paying our respects and upholding the ANZAC tradition.
"Launceston obviously holds a special place in the club's heart so to have this game as a headline act to our slate of games in Tassie next year is really pleasing."
The Swans' visit will be the second time they've faced the Hawks at UTAS, while also visiting for last year's elimination final against GWS.
