Elizabeth Anne Quill, 36, changed her plea from not guilty to guilty on two complaints.
She pleaded guilty to charges of driving while disqualified on September 17 this year, breaching bail and possessing a smoking pipe.
She also pleaded guilty to a count of driving with an illicit drug in her blood on the same day at the Woolworths car park in Invermay Road.
Defence counsel Beri Kurdistan asked Magistrate Simon Brown to cancel a proposed hearing on the charges set down for December 9.
Mr Brown remanded Quill in custody for sentence on December 7 at 2.15pm.
In November, Quill pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, possessing a controlled plant and two counts of possessing a thing on William Street, Launceston on August 31 this year.
She also pleaded guilty to a count of driving with an illicit drug in her oral fluid on the same day.
Mr Pearce was fatally injured when Ms Quill's car crossed onto the incorrect side of the road and collided with the car in which he was a passenger.
She received a three-month suspended jail sentence and was banned from driving for two years taking her disqualification to November 2024.
She also drove on the East Tamar Highway at Hillwood with methylamphetamine in her system on March 1 last year and drove in Ravenswood on July 28 last year when her driver's licence was suspended.
For these offences, she was sentenced in May to a 12-month community correction order and disqualified from driving for 18 months. She also received a 10-week suspended jail sentence.
The Department of Community Corrections has made an application that Quill breached the Community Correction Order.
