The trio hail from Launceston and are excited to be part of the AFLW after producing terrific performances in the recent TSL campaign.
"I was pretty surprised, obviously it's something you strive for and aim for but I was still pretty shocked by the news but elated and pretty honoured to get the reward after the years we had," McIntee said.
Schiliro added: "We're pretty pumped, it's something that you want to share with your family and friends."
The AFLW is set to begin in January which means the Tasmanian umpires are busy training to be in top shape for the season.
Schiliro was the most recent of the group to find out that he had been accepted onto the official panel for the 2022 season.
"I was the least suspecting because I only found out two weeks ago so I thought I didn't get it but and I'd go again next year," he said.
"But then I got the email and so I got on the phone and rang my parents straight away."
The trio hope that their AFLW experience can improve their skills and provide other opportunities.
"It's good to have that pathway especially for Tasmanians as such, it's a bit harder to get onto the AFL panel itself without moving," Robertson said.
"This competition shows that you can strive to get to an elite competition from Tasmania."

At the top of their list of ambitions would be to make the jump into the ranks of the AFL in the future.
"For all of us AFL would be the dream goal, that's always what we strive for, this is just a step below and it's that next level so it's going to be great exposure to be under that AFL coaching, being able to travel and getting used to that environment," Robertson said.
AFL Tasmania umpiring pathways manager Matt Phillips added: "These selections are a great reward and recognition for the dedication and efforts applied by each of the individuals."
