George Town picked up their first win in the competition, defeating fellow newcomers Beauty Point by five wickets.
Last week's hat-trick hero Chantelle Clarke continued her strong form with 3-17 and Katie Broad took 2-2 as the Saints dismissed their opponents for 70.
Caroline Courtney's run-a-ball 13 was the side's highest score in the innings that featured five ducks, before Clarke went out and put on a show with the bat.
She scored 23 off 25 balls and Sophie Cooke (16 off 12) added some late runs to seal the deal.
Other results saw both Trevallyn sides emerge victorious, Blue by 10 wickets over Evandale Panthers, with individual scores unavailable, and Gold by forfeit over Exeter.
