Ava Corbould of Scotch Oakburn College won the Primary School Category, Henry Carls of St Patrick's College won the Grades 7 to 10 category, and Phoebe Withington of Launceston College won the Grades 11 to 12 category.
Launceston Mayor Albert van Zetten commended the students for their participation and emphasised the competitions importance.
"We hope through these awards that we can inspire our young people to take an interest and become involved in a discussion about Launceston's built heritage, which is recognised not just nationally but internationally as being unique, very special and well worth protecting," he said.
