The talents of Tasmanian artists Maddy Jane and Hugo Bladel will headline the upcoming Taste of Summer event.
Chairman Jarrod Nation said it was a major coup to book the two artists.
"Not only do we want this to be the best Taste ever, we want it to be the most Tasmanian Taste ever and we're thrilled that includes two of Tasmania's best artists leading our entertainment program," he said.
"Given that this is the first chance many people will have to see live entertainment, we wanted to make it special."
Mr Nation said Jane had grown in popularity over the past few years, signing with Sony and touring with Harry Styles and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
"Tasmania is lucky to have produced such a great artist and the Taste is even luckier to be able to showcase her at our event," he said.
"We're also delighted to have Hugo Bladel as one of our headline performers. Not only is he one of Tasmania's favourite performers, he's also a huge hit at the Taste HQ."
Jane and Bladel are just two of the almost 200 Tasmanian entertainers booked for the Taste of Summer event.

"The live event industry has been hit hard by COVID and we are doing whatever we can to support the local industry at the Taste this summer," Mr Nation said.
Bladel said he was excited to get back on stage and perform live to Taste attendees.
"I have been sitting around twiddling my thumbs in the studio for the past six months," he said.
"It's exciting the fact we are starting to open up again."
Bladel said with so many acts performing, there would be a "huge array" of talent and a mix of genres.
The Taste event was previously run by the City of Hobart, but is now being run by private consortium Pinpoint, a team of local business people with backgrounds in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Mr Nation said tickets to the event were selling well across Australia, with the sales only expected to grow when borders reopen on December 15.
Taste of Summer runs from December 28 to January 3. For more information on what to expect visit tasteofsummer.com.au
