As a Fight MND 27 Challenge Ambassador, Archie has been running at least 2.7kms for the past 27 days in memory of a family friend who succumbed to the disease.
The 27 Challenge represents the 27 month average life expectancy of someone diagnosed with MDN.
Archie found inspiration for the fundraiser after the death of family friend and racehorse trainer Terry Roles who passed away in June, exactly 27 months after being diagnosed with MND.
The Ice Bucket Challenge was the finale the 27 days of running and saw friends and family at Norwood Primary School doused in buckets of icy water.
Archie said after 27 days of running, he was looking forward to putting his feet up for a few days before "getting back into it."
"His legs are very tired but his heart is full," Mum Allie Payne said.
After raising $2000 for MND last year, Archie's 2021 tally stands at $4200.
