President of the Max Fry Memorial Hall Committee Mike Wright said it was important to thank those involved in the work done to the hall.
Completed earlier this year the works were made possible by the Tasmanian Community Fund as well as donations from individuals and businesses.
The hall was opened in 1968 and named in honour of Max Fry, who passed away in 1965.
Mr Fry was instrumental in the development and planning of the hall.
His daughter Maxine Stauffer was in attendance on Sunday and was thrilled to see the new updates to the hall.
