This year's event showcased a record breaking 60 participants, making for stiff competition across both bread and pastries.
Production manager Darrell Whyte - who's been baking for more than 40 years - was most proud to take home the Champion Loaf of the Show, which went to the bakery's wholemeal high-top.
Mr Whyte also took the time the highlight the success of the bakery's apprentice, James Babos, who nabbed a first in the "Three-Strand Platt" category. The bakery also took gold for its fruit buns, French sticks and scones, among others. In an industry known for its hard work and early starts, Baker Michael Phillips was glad to have his work recognised.
"It's satisfying knowing people come in to buy your bread," he said.
