Strict biosecurity protocols will be in place, as Premier Peter Gutwein indicated yesterday, to enable the tournament to continue across the weekend.
Four games, including a Hobart Hurricanes fixture, had been planned for the weekend but became uncertain when Southern Tasmania was plunged into a snap three-day lockdown on Friday.
The protocols mean no crowds will be at the venue for the games on the weekend.

Cricket Australia thanked the state government following the announcement that the WBBL could proceed.
"The experience gained from last summer means all involved in the Weber WBBL are well prepared to do whatever necessary to conduct a safe and successful competition this year," Cricket Australia's General Manager of Big Bash Leagues Alistair Dobson said.
