Handing over the role to Richard Howe after three years, Blair scored 107 off 95 balls before rain intervened and saw the Tigers and Bracknell split the points.
However, Longford didn't leave empty-handed, retaining the Jeff Chugg Cup as Blair took out the medal named in Chugg's honour.
Keeper-batter Blair has been the third-highest run-scorer since premier league's 2015-2016 inception, scoring 2457 runs in 96 matches.
While Blair was the only batter to pass three figures, Hadspen duo Liam Reynolds (83*) and Sithara Perera (56) and Legana's Dylan Sharman (51) made half-centuries, while Sharman's teammate Brad Harrison made the most of his last-minute call-up with 5-48.
In the lower grades, the star of the week awards went to Beauty Point's Jason Savage (A grade) for his 139, Legana's Shaun James (B grade) for his 5-15 and Evandale Panthers' Luke Oates for his century in C grade.
The A-grade roster was filled with centuries as Beaconsfield's Brad Sims (129) and Perth's Matthew Walton (100) reached three figures alongside Savage.
But it was the bowlers who won the battle with Diggers pair Mitch Quarrell (5-12) and Tim Crawford (5-19), Beauty Point's Gavin Nutting (5-14) and Trevallyn's Stephen Brill (5-15) dominating with the ball.
