The event will be held at the Country Club Casino with the day packed with numerous categories showcasing months of hard work for the competing athletes.
The competition is the longest-established natural bodybuilding and fitness federation in Australia, running more than 50 events each year across the country, culminating in the Australian Championships.
The event emphasises natural growth and fitness and pushes the message of being drug free.
ICN Tasmania president Bridget Freeman said it's an exciting event to showcase the hard work and dedication of the athletes.
"We have lots of divisions for lots of different types of fitness ranging from men's bodybuilding, the female Angel division in which the girls wear big angel wings and have the Las Vegas showgirl look which is really stunning, and we also have our mama's division for women who have had children," Mrs Freeman said.
Divisions on the day include Bikini Model, Sports Model, Fitness Model, Figure, Swimsuit as well as Men's Fitness, Physique, Classic Physique and Bodybuilding.
For the competitors it's become a lifestyle to prepare for the event and has meant changing habits.
Competitor Ebony-Jane Brown said that it was all about discipline.
"The reason behind staying focused is being passionate about the lifestyle. Like any other sport bodybuilding requires consistency and discipline," Ms Brown said.
The Championships will be held at the Country Club in Launceston on Sunday October 3 with the Muscle Show kicking off at 10am followed by the Model Show at 1.30pm. Tickets are $35 for each show or $55 for an all-day pass.
