Open to Tasmanian students, the 2021 edition marked the 104th time the tournament had been held and saw Dale take home back-to-back wins.
Becoming the youngest-ever winner of the event last year, 14-year-old Dale defeated Riverside's Arwen Koesmaphalawan 6-3 6-1 to etch her name on the trophy again.
The Southern player had a tournament to remember, taking out the under-14s, under-16s and Pardey Shield singles events.
Hadley defeated fellow Launceston player Jake Elmer 6-3 6-3 in a match that didn't reflect the scoreboard.
The eventual victor raced out to a 5-0 lead but Elmer's consistency and big-time shot-making clawed the first set back, getting under Hadley's skin before he found a way.
The pair traded breaks to open the second set before Hadley once again created the buffer and secured the victory.
