Four finals were hosted across the city on Wednesday with Guilford Young winning the other three.
The Hobart College recorded a double over St Pat's, winning 22-0 in the hockey final at St Leonards and claiming the netball title 46-34 despite Olive Morris (24) and Olivia Brown (10) leading the way for the home team.
The two soccer finals saw contrasting storylines with Grammar dominating on their home ground.
Lili Reynolds scored a first-half double and when the visitors fought back Sarah Curtis and Bianca Anderson found the target to complete the scoreline and claim the title.
Across town, a big crowd watched a thriller at St Pat's.
A home team featuring several NPL Tasmania regulars looked to have snatched victory when Launceston City's Stef Tantari put them 2-1 up.
However, Guilford Young equalised with a late penalty to take the game into extra-time and then a penalty shootout.
Riverside Olympic's Toby Simeoni and Reede Beckett, of Northern Rangers, both converted before Launceston City's Riley Fellows scored at the third time of asking after Guilford Young keeper Josh Jones was twice ruled to have come off his line.
However, the visitors scored the final penalty to win the shootout 4-3 and claim the state title for the fourth year in a row.
