English playmaker Jess Robinson was named the competition's joint best and fairest winner, sharing the award with Laura Davis, of Kingborough Lions.
And goalkeeper Sydney Carnie also shared the golden glove award with Olympia's Kacee Ponting.
The accolades, combined with a second-placed finish and Statewide Cup final appearance, more than justified the club's decision to step up after an unbeaten title-winning campaign in last season's Northern Championship.
Football Tasmania presented all its statewide awards at a function in Hobart on Saturday night.
In other WSL categories, Olympia midfielder Innocent Michael was named players' most valuable player while the media award went to Zoe Nichols, of Clarence.
Nichols and Davis shared the golden boot, Devonport's Annalee Bidwell won the rising star award and, unsurprisingly, Clarence's Ronnie Bolton was coach of the year after his side won the title by 22 points.
Devonport's Brody Denehey and South Hobart's Kasper Hallam both doubled up in the men's awards.
Denehey added the Walter Pless media award to the league golden boot having finished the season with 22 goals, two ahead of South Hobart's Nick Morton.
Meanwhile Hallam won both the best and fairest and MVP awards following his 16-goal season.
Hallam's South Hobart mentor Ken Morton was named NPL Tasmania coach of the year, the rising star award went to Kyle Vincent, of Olympia Warriors, while the golden glove was caught by Glenorchy's Lachlan Hart.
Glenorchy claimed the league title in dramatic fashion in the final minutes of the season on Saturday, avenging their loss to Devonport in the Lakoseljac Cup final.
In contrast to the one-sided WSL, the NPL saw the top two sides finish on 15 wins apiece, Knights claiming the title with three more draws.
Claire Green and Brenton Kopra were respectively named WSL and NPL referees of the year.
