"Two fat blokes" who want to do their bit to raise awareness and money for youth suicide prevention will take to Tasmania's roads on their underpowered hogs.

Burnie man Justin Grave said he and Nathan Newton were not going to run for the cause anytime soon, so they are Scootin Out Youth Suicide in December, riding scooters in a lap of the state.
"The whole lap will be a little over 1200 kilometres," Mr Grave said, noting that their vehicles of choice were not capable of doing more than 60km/h with a headwind.
The duo launched a GoFundMe on Wednesday and raised over $1000 in the first 24 hours, and were aiming to raise $10,000.
He said he expected to raise most of the money on the road, but the support so far was "mind-blowing.
They are aiming to complete the ride in four days in December.
