Those wanting to snap up a piece of history will be delighted by the array of vehicles, signs and other memorabilia on display at the emporium on George Street.
Notable cars include a white Mercedes-Benz Pagoda, which was previously owned by the famous Snake Tales comic creator Alan Salisbury, as well as a yellow Holden LH SLR/500 Torana.
Simone Johns from Tulloch Auctions said it was an exciting auction, but not just for avid car collectors.
"We have cars here which are the ones that collectors are looking for, but then also the cars our parents may have had when they were younger and now they want them back," she said.
Items in the auctions are extensive, ranging from cars to signposts to number plates and vintage petrol cans.
Ms Johns said that they were very involved in the process with sellers and buyers, and understood how it could sometimes be hard to part with treasured items.
"We feel lucky that people trust us with their valuable items. It's a privilege to be the person that is the go-between from seller to buyer, and we appreciate the significance of that," she said.
Tullochs have taken onboard what they have seen during COVID and pride themselves on their ability to sell to people locally, as well on the mainland and overseas without the health risks of a crowded auction room.
"We do a lot of sales to the mainland. Our last auction we sold a VJ Valiant Hardtop that went to Adelaide that sold for $70,000."
With many businesses slowed down due to the pandemic, Ms Johns said there had been a surge in sales made on the mainland.
"Selling is as popular of ever, but we have really seen it take off in people buying" she said.
"People are home getting into the nostalgia of things they have always wanted, but haven't had the time to sit down and look at".
Bidding closes on Sunday, September 5.
Viewing is at Tullochs Auctions at 3-7 George Street, from 9am to 2pm Saturdays and 9am to 4.30pm on weekdays.
