Tins are jingling with community generosity as The Examiner's Winter Relief Appeal nears its end.
Invermay Newsagency has been a participant in the appeal for as long as owner Graeme Le Fevre can remember.
"The good thing about the Launceston community is when our community needs help and is in trouble, especially in winter, we are very good at supporting," he said.
Mr Le Fevre said he had seen people drop both notes and loose change into the tin, with people just happy to give whatever they could manage.
"We know [the donations] go directly to the local community and those who need it the most," he said.

Donation tins can also be found at Kings Meadows Newsagency, Meadow Mews News, Prospect Marketplace News, Norwood Newsagency, Newstead Newsagency, Racecourse Newsagents and Gifts, Charles Street Central Newsagency, Invermay Newsagency, Mowbray Marketplace News, Trevallyn Newsagency, Riverside Newsagency, Legana News and Lotto, Freelands IG and Lotto, Beaconsfield Newsagency, Deloraine Newsagency, Westbury IGA and Newsagency, Hadspen Newsagency, Cressy IGA and Newsagency, Longford Newsagency, Perth IGA and Newsagency, NewsXpress George Town, and Classified Reception Launceston.
