The August 8 fixture will be the first time the Pies have played a home and away season game in Tasmania.
"I'm sure that it will be one that will have great interest for many Tasmanians," Gutwein said. Similar to games in Hobart and Launceston this weekend, UTAS Stadium will be capped at 10,000 attendees.
"In terms of the current risk we're dealing with and the fact that Delta [COVID variant] is completely new, 10,000 will be the limit," Gutwein added.
"I think we are fortunate in the current circumstance in Tasmania that we can have crowds up to that level - other states are either having no crowds and some are having no games."

Masks will also be mandatory for attendees aged over 12 unless they have an exemption.
As for state's case for an AFL team, Gutwein said "Tasmanians have demonstrated ... that when big teams come, they will turn up".
"That sent a very strong message to the AFL," he said.
"I don't believe it damages our position, but it certainly doesn't change the fact that we have been a football state for a long period of time and the Tasmanians will support their footy."
The Hawks are also slated to play the Bulldogs on August 14 in Launceston, this means the North will be treated to three games in a row.
