It will be Nathaniel Atkinson who kicks things off, with the Olyroos to take on Argentina ahead of Friday's opening ceremony with Porte the first medal chance in the cycling road race on Saturday.
Sunday and Wednesday loom as the busiest days with seven Tasmanians in action and Titmus doubling up on the latter.
Overall, there are 11 Tasmanian athletes competing in Tokyo across nine sports, plus Ciona Wilson who is a reserve for the rowing team.
This is your complete guide to each of them, with full details on their events and when to watch.
If all progress to their finals, the state will be involved in competitions on all bar two days of the Olympics.
The Olympics will be broadcast on Channel 7 and sister channels 7Mate and 7Two. If that's not enough, every sport will be streamed live on 7Plus meaning fans won't miss a minute of the action.
