The first three goals followed by three assists showed why the Strikers midfielder is widely acknowledged as the best player in the state and would be first choice in any NPL Tasmania fantasy league.
With just two points to their name this season and having leaked 24 goals in the previous five games, Olympic held the North-West powerhouse at bay for much of the first half before being overrun late in the second.
In contrast, Strikers have won 11 of their 14 fixtures including nine on the trot, conceding just three times in the process.
"I'm extremely disappointed with the last 20 minutes to concede however many we did," said Olympic coach Alex Gaetani.
"We were a completely different side to the first 40 minutes when we were right in the game. To go from there to 8-0 is extremely disappointing."
Gaetani pinpointed the loss of experienced centre-back Ryan McCarragher to a head injury on the hour as the tipping point.
"That was a big deal because the backline was hugely disorganised and then it was goal after goal, players stopped doing the right thing and it became a bit embarrassing at the end which is really unfortunate."
The game was hastily rescheduled having been called off on Saturday due to a waterlogged pitch.
Gaetani lined up a front three with the experienced Mitch Jones between youngsters Fletcher Fulton and Toby Simeoni as Taylor Neilson returned in the centre and Max Reissig reverted to the backline and Olympic held their own for the first quarter.

But the Strikers always seem to have an extra gear and invariably it is Stone who engages it, rifling a free-kick beyond Will Ferrall from 20 metres as effortlessly as he had a stunner from 40 at Valley Road earlier in the season.
Stone added a tidy second on the stroke of half-time, waltzing through the defence before coolly picking his spot, and completed his hat-trick on the hour with another composed finish.
One of only two Strikers players without short sleeves on a freezing night, Stone continued to turn up the heat, delivering the corner from which Toby Barton headed in the fourth.
Jones headed Olympic's best chance against the crossbar from Will Humphrey's cross before Strikers doubled their lead in an emphatic final seven minutes.
Brody Denehey tapped in an easy brace, both inevitably set up by Stone, with Connor Lizotte and Kieran Mulraney completing the rout.
Riverside will have little time to recover with the round 15 derby at Launceston City to be played on Friday night.
City have won both previous encounters between the sides this season, 3-2 at home in round five and 5-1 at Windsor Park earlier this month.
However, a familiar face should finally return in the Olympic goal with former City keeper Daniel Nash having served out a seven-week ban.
The Prospect club is already assured of claiming the Guardian Pharmacy Cup which the Northern rivals play for each season.
