Public Health has declared a number of precautionary COVID-19 exposure sites across Tasmania, after a worker from the Launceston General Hospital tested positive for COVID-19 in London, two days after they left Tasmania.

Tasmanian Public Health said there is no evidence this person contracted COVID-19 while in Tasmania or was infectious, and that this is a precautionary approach to ensure there is no risk to the community.
Anybody who has been at the listed sites at the specified dates and times must isolate, contact the Public Health Hotline immediately on 1800 671 738 to book a test and may only leave isolation once they have received a negative test.
