Naomi Jennifer Foon, 24, of South Launceston received a stern warning from Magistrate Simon Brown when he handed down a suspended sentence last year for stealing and drug and driving offences.
The sentence was suspended on the condition that she commit no imprisonable offence for 18 months.
"You are on your last chance," Mr Brown said.
"You have a have a five-month jail sentence hanging over your head. Suspended sentences are a last chance and if you breach the conditions you will go to jail for every bit of the sentence I have imposed."

Magistrate Sharon Cure activated the sentence on Tuesday and added seven months for counts including evading police, unlicensed driving, breach of bail, two counts of stealing and six counts of drug driving.
The offences were committed early this year, and the sentence was backdated to May 3, 2021.
Ms Cure said it was disappointing that Foon had been unable to take herself away from the forces which resulted in her continued use of drugs.
"You didn't stay living with your mother and you kept driving with illicit substances in your oral fluid," she said.
She said that Foon had expressed the desire to rehabilitate, but had been unable to follow through.
Ms Cure said it was Foon's second offence of evading police after a previous one in 2015.
She set a non-parole period of six months.
"I hope you will apply for parole which you will be eligible for in November and that you are successful in being able to rehabilitate after that," she said.
Ms Foon was sentenced by Mr Brown in March 2020 after pleading guilty to a large number of dishonesty offences dating back to March 2017 including stealing, unlawful possession of property as well as driving, drug driving, drug, breach of bail, breaching a curfew and possession a smoking device.
