Chibnall brought $9.50 chance Written In Silk from last to score a last-stride win over $2.80 favourite Stepping Stones in the opening race.
Miller followed up with a win in the second race on $8.50 chance Fury Dan who sat in the death before charging clear to score by 14m.
It was the 11th win of the season for both Chibnall and Miller who share the lead on the junior drivers' premiership and are second behind Hannah Van Dongen on the female drivers' table.
Fury Dan's win came at the expense of heavily-backed stablemate Outlaw Joe who went into a wild gallop at the start and was beaten more than 100m.
Favourite-backers had better luck in the third race with the help of a well-judged drive from Todd Rattray on Gordievsky Leis.
The $3.70 popular elect led from barrier 2 but handed up when last year's Tasmanian Derby runner-up Dyslexic challenged at the 1400m.
Rattray got Gordievsky Leis into the clear on the home turn as Dyslexic started to weaken and set out after Vonns Angel who had dashed to the lead.
But it wasn't until the last stride that the favourite edged to the front to score by a short half head.
The Geoff Smith-trained Rambleon ($5.00) also produced a big finish to narrowly win the fourth race after Say A Prayer ($5.50) had given a big sight in front.
Mark Yole had Rambleon in fifth place on the pegs for most of the 1609m before working into the clear on the home turn.
Say A Prayer was still well clear with 100m to go but couldn't hold off the former Victorian who has now won four of his 10 Tasmanian starts.
Heavily-backed favourite Richmond Tiger ($3.50 to $2.25) trailed the leader but couldn't accelerate when the run came in the sprint lane.
Ben Yole had an early treble on the board after Conor Crook trailed the leader and used the sprint lane to get home on Aha Reaction ($6.00) in race five.
The fast-class race of the night was a cakewalk for $1.07 favourite Yorkshire.
