Celebrating Cameron Gard's 200th senior game, Longford held the Parrots scoreless in the final quarter to stamp authority on the win.
James Gillow (three) and Michael Larby (two) also kicked multiple goals in the win, with Will Murfett, Sam Luttrell and Jacob Wiggers strong as Rohan Sergeant, Matt Zanetto and Nathan Van Noord were Bridgenorth's best.
South Launceston reserved the tight score-line of round one in a 13.6 (84) to 12.9 (81) win over Bracknell, trading wins on their away decks to mark the Redlegs' third season loss.

The Bulldogs led marginally at every break, holding a 14-point advantage going into the final quarter as they looked to secure second place.
Leigh Harding and Bart McCulloch kicked seven between them as six more individual goalscorers made the second-placed dream a reality alongside Jake Laskey and returning young gun Thomas Beaumont.
Jack Triffett and Corry Goodluck both kicked three in defeat, while Ed Keach and Nick Mitchell impressed.
Despite an inaccurate day in front of goal, Scottsdale got the better of Hillwood by 52 points at Shark Park.
The Magpies kicked 19 behinds alongside their 14 goals, kicking 2.8 in the first quarter alone, while the Sharks' accurate kicking kept them in it early.
