The NWFL defeated both sides to take out the inaugural carnival but both teams won't want to leave the event empty-handed.
Ahead of the clash, NTFAW coach Ange Dickson identified Tassie Devil Brooke Barwick, Brieanna Barwick and North Melbourne VFLW player Sarah Skinner as players to watch from the Southern side.
"The youngest Barwick girl [Brooke], I think she's only like 15, she kicked one of their girls late for them in the last game," Dickson said.

"She showed a lot of composure and skill well above her age, so we will be keeping a close eye on her and making sure we give her the respect she deserves.
"Obviously you've still got the experience of Breanna Barwick through the mid and Sarah Skinner up forward.
"Sarah's got strong hands, she can be a little shaky in front of goal but give her enough opportunities and she'll keep them on us, so we will be keeping an eye on those guys."
Skinner's selection as "one to watch" from Dickson matches North Melbourne AFLW player and AFL Tasmania's Nicole Bresnahan's pre-carnival pick.
Only playing one game for Glenorchy before the carnival, Skinner has averaged 19.7 disposals, 3.8 marks and 4.8 tackles for the VFLW Roos.
OTHER REPRESENTATIVE GAMES
Other selections in Bresnahan's top players were fellow Glenorchy duo Perri King and Tiarna Ford.
King is one of the state's most promising talents and was recently Tasmania's sole invitee to the AFLW draft combine before the draft on July 27.
Alongside Skinner, Ford is another dangerous forward talent, leading the SFLW in goals per game with 19 from five.
The regional clash gets underway at 2pm on Sunday and will be streamed through the AFL Tasmania YouTube channel, with the pair's under-20 outfits clashing at 12pm.
