Hawthorn announced an extra 400 general admission tickets would go on sale at midday on Saturday through Ticketmaster in a last minute fire sale for those who missed out.

Ticket sales for the match have been unprecedented with multiple time slots causing disruptions on the Ticketmaster website and fans going to any lengths to secure their passes.
General public tickets for the match went on sale on Thursday at 10am and within an hour they had sold out.
Since it was announced the match would be played in Tasmania, footy-hungry Bombers fans expressed how ravenous they were about securing tickets to see their team play in Launceston for the first time.
Essendon membership numbers in Tasmania boomed after the match was announced with an increase of 400 members added in the space of 48 hours.
Despite Launceston being a Hawthorn stronghold, a similar growth in membership was seen by the club as membership numbers climbed past the 2020 figure.
Premier Peter Gutwein announced yesterday the exisiting 14,000 crowd limit would be lifted to 16,000, just 4000 short of UTAS Stadium's complete capacity.
